Assist with food and pastry preparation, serving orders promptly and accurately

Arrange, organise and liaise with customers regarding their reservation
Baker
Demonstrate a passion for the craft, bringing care and precision to every bake
Apply knowledge of bakers’ percentages, formulas, and fermentation to achieve consistent results
Maintain strict standards of product quality, from mixing and shaping to baking and finishing
Work in a detail-oriented, neat, and organised manner to ensure efficiency across daily production
Monitor ingredients and stock levels, supporting the team in managing inventory and minimising waste
Kitchen
Demonstrate a passion for food and commitment to quality in every dish prepared
Apply knowledge of diverse cooking methods, ingredients, and equipment to daily production
Refine and innovate menus and recipes in line with seasonality and evolving customer needs
Manage inventory efficiently, ensuring proper stock rotation and minimal waste
Uphold the highest standards of hygiene and sanitation, maintaining a safe and organised workspace
Lead, oversee, and train team members to ensure consistency and excellence across all kitchen operations
Barista
Prepare coffee and beverages to a consistent, high standard
Perform general coffee bar and daily operational duties with care and efficiency
Communicate confidently in English and Cantonese (Mandarin a plus)
Deliver exceptional customer service with warmth and professionalism
