Welcome to the CUĺT Site (the “Site”). Please review the following basic terms that govern your use of our Site. Your use of our Site constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the following terms.
A. Product Information
All bread items are made fresh to order and are made without additives and preservatives.
Items will keep well following the Storage and Keeping instruction stipulated in the Site.
All orders will need to be placed at least 2 days in advance prior to delivery and pick up. CUĺT reserves the right to reschedule any orders that are not placed at least 2 days in advance.
Items are non-returnable due to their perishable nature.
Bread weights are indicative and in approximation (only pre-baked weights are shown)
B. Transaction Currency and Pricing
All prices quoted are in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD).
C. Shipping and Delivery in Hong Kong
Delivery is available at the following rate:-
Hong Kong Island: HK$ 170
Kowloon: HK$ 150
New Territories: HK$ 150
Free delivery for orders above HK $ 500.
Please note delivery schedule below -
Closed: Mon - Tues (No delivery)
HK Island: Wed, Fri and Sun
KLN/NT: Thurs and Sat
D. Customer Service
We are committed to provide exceptional customer service and quality products. We will try our best to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and that pricing is true and correct.
E. Errors
Whilst we take all reasonable care to ensure the accuracy of information on our website, there may nonetheless be inadvertent typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions on our website or in any sales literature, price list, etc.
CUĺT reserves the right to correct any errors or update any information at any time without prior notice (including after an order has been placed) without any liability.
